Available to all DT Max clients, the service ensures constant, uninterrupted electronic filing to the Canada Revenue Agency and Revenue Quebec -- even in the face of Internet outages. DT Max clients who use the Dr Tax Transmission Service have the choice of sending their files via Internet or modem. If you do not have Internet access or your Internet fails for any reason, your tax files can still be sent and received via modem.

The Dr Tax Transmission Service acts as a relay for your files. It provides a 1-hour delay where files can be removed and deleted if the return has been filed by error.

Never got that ACK file back? The Dr Tax Transmission Service staff can track down files and re-file the return(s) leaving you and your staff free to continue to serve your clients.

The Dr Tax Transmission Service offers other safety feature such as a summary report sent at each month's end. This summary lists all taxpayer files sent through our host which have received an EFILE error but were not re-sent and accepted. Plus, your transmissions are archived by our service should any dispute arise about when or if a return was efiled.
