Keith Dunn Eng. - President

Keith Dunn graduated from Bristol University, England in 1974, with a B.Sc (Honours) in Aeronautical Engineering, and he is a professional engineer. While in the aerospace industry, Keith was responsible for the design development and testing of software related to flight safety and navigation. In 1983, he helped create Logiscan Inc. where he was vice-president and chief software engineer.

In 1985, Keith became chief programmer for Dr Tax Software Inc. and vice-president of operations. In August 2000, he was appointed president for Dr Tax Software and its related companies.

Malcolm Campbell - Vice-president and General manager

Malcolm Campbell graduated from McGill University in Montreal in 1979 with a B.A. in English, majoring in Communications. He is a recipient of the McGill Scarlet Key award and since graduation has distinguished himself in sales, sales management and marketing in the broadcast industry. He has held positions in Montreal, Toronto and Ottawa.

In 1989, Malcolm joined Dr Tax Software Inc. as vice-president of sales and marketing. Currently, he holds the position of vice-president and general manager, and he is responsible for day-to-day operations.

Frank Riedel Eng. - Vice-president, Research and Development

Frank Riedel graduated from McGill University in Montreal in 1975 with a B.Eng. (Honours) in mechanical engineering, and he is a professional engineer. Frank has worked in the nuclear and aerospace industries in Canada and in the U.S. where he gained considerable experience in developing computer applications for analyzing complex systems. In 1983, he helped create Logiscan Inc. where he was president and software engineer.

In 1985, Frank joined Dr Tax and has been instrumental in developing the software architecture of Dr Tax and DT Max (the 32-bit Windows version of Dr Tax) as well as the Web-ready UFile.ca and ImpôtExpert.ca.

Joanne Birtch - Vice-president, Marketing and New Business Development

Joanne Birtch graduated from McGill University in 1978 with a B.A. in Canadian History. After several years as a legal assistant at a Montreal law firm, she joined Dr Tax Software in 1990. Her goal at that time was to build a support team for Dr Tax's professional tax products. This group of tax and technical specialists now sets the standard in professional and consumer tax software support.

In her current role as Vice-President, Marketing and New Business Development, Joanne continues to listen and respond to the needs of the end user. She is responsible for media relations and planning.
