Download a demo. If you haven't already downloaded a demo copy of DT Max software, please click here and install DT Max T1, T2 and T3 or any combination of them on your computer. The demo is completely free and includes a helpful demonstration database for each product.
Install your licence key. Once you have purchased your copy of DT Max software, you will receive an active license key that will unlock all your DT Max products. This key will arrive by mail and will also be emailed to you. Enter the key in the Install Licence Key screen found under the Tools menu.
We will follow up by mail. We will also send you a new user kit by mail. The new user kit contains a letter with your Licence key, the latest version of DT Max on CD-Rom, a user manual and QuickStart Guides. We also include our Beginner's Workshop manual that you can use to introduce yourself to DT Max.
Stay up-to-date. Be sure you have the latest version of DT Max by checking for Program Updates also found under the Tools menu. Tick Check automatically and DT Max will ensure you are always "up-to-date".
Your subscription renewal.
T1: Every October-November, you will receive a renewal request and an invoice. Upon receipt of payment, an email and letter will be sent to you containing your updated licence key. Simply click on "Update key via Internet" on the ''Install and activate your DT Max licence key'' screen or enter the key manually. This new key will unlock the upcoming tax year and ensure that you can continue to serve your clients using DT Max without needless delays.
T2: Licenses are invoiced 6 weeks before their expiry, or one calendar year from the date of purchase. Upon receipt of payment, an email and letter will be sent to you containing your updated licence key. Simply click on "Update key via Internet" on the ''Install and activate your DT Max licence key'' screen or enter the key manually. This new key will unlock the upcoming tax year and ensure that you can continue to serve your clients using DT Max without needless delays.
T3: Licenses are invoiced mid-November. Upon receipt of payment, an email and letter will be sent to you containing your updated licence key.
